Dailymotion encourages the diversity of sources of information on the Internet to allow Visitors to freely form an opinion in complete safety.

In order for the Dailymotion Service to remain a safe space for exchange and sharing where the fundamental liberties of each person are respected, we have implemented rules aimed at prohibiting the sharing of certain content, as defined hereafter, and in general, any content which could be considered as a violation of any applicable law or regulation. Please note that disclaimers inserted within content broadcasted on the Dailymotion Service, including videos available on the platform and/or livestreams, comments, video descriptions or titles have no legal force whatsoever. Under no circumstances may they allow a User to avoid complying with the rules set forth in this Prohibited Content Policy, nor to escape the consequences set forth in section III below.
